Bailey holds a master's degree from Faith Christian University, which also recently awarded him an honorary doctorate for his global impact. He was inducted as an honorary member of the University of Central Florida Golden Key International Honor Society. He is also a graduate of the Rollins College (One of the Top 25 private graduate business schools in the USA) Executive Management Program. He was also the youngest speaker to ever deliver a commencement address at Florida A&M University, where he inspired more than 10,000 people.

He serves on the boards of numerous organizations, including Health Central Hospital Foundation Board, a $130 million hospital with 1,500 employees.
