Carol is a coach, trainer, and motivational expert with over 30 years experience in helping people of all ages to realize their full potential and achieve maximum productivity. As the founder and CEO of ADD Insights,LLC. Carol‘s passion is providing services that transform the lives of people with ADD/ADHD. She is a nationally-recognized spokesperson on ADHD and a motivational speaker on living authentically. In addition, Carol creates and delivers seminars and workshops that help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential, and has coached hundreds of people worldwide.

For eight years, Carol has been a coach with the Hallowell Center in Sudbury and Needham, Massachusetts where she also speaks publicly on ADD/ADHD related topics, co-produces tele-classes on procrastination and other important issues, writes articles for publication, and is a regular contributor to the web site.

As President of ADD Insights, she extensively trains and supervises new ADD/ADHD coaches. She is a founding board member of the Institute for the Advancement of ADD/ADHD Coaching, the future certifying body for ADD/ADHD Coaches worldwide, and was an active board member of the International Coaching Federation New England for three years. Carol is a member in good standing of the National Speaker‘s Association.

With a Masters Degree in Education, Senior AD/HD Coach Certification (SCAC), Coach University Certified Graduate (CUCG), Licensed/Certified Financial Coach status (CFC-r), advanced training in leadership and administration, Carol has created and managed schools and organizations. Her accomplishments effectively reaching severely, emotionally affected adolescents, to leading management teams of powerful organizations and corporations. For the past decade, she has engaged in extensive research into how dynamic relationships are created between individuals and their organizational environments. She uses the powerful insights developed through her research to successfully coach and transform individuals, teams, and businesses.

Presently, Carol is writing a book and building a new business that will allow people to break through barriers quickly by following a set of prescribed rules and steps that she has honed for over 30 years. In addition to coaching, consulting and training in her new business, she will also have a community service component that allows for people to easily and compassionately give to their community and their environment as part of the coaching/learning process.
