Lurlene Anne Hornblower (aka Life Coach Lurlene) is originally from Alabama.

Following her life-long leaning towards helping people, Lurlene recently retired from her full-time employment as a cashier after reading all the books available by her favorite TV life coach. She has also started a not-for-profit organization to which she gives half of her earnings to help wayward celebrities. Lurlene has been called to help many cities, towns and companies that need to get their act together and it is her joy to come whip them into shape with her fun-loving, life-affirming methods.

Voted most Congenial at Jemison High School in Alabama and winner of the best Cooter Pie in Northern Florida All Star-Baking Contest, Lurlene has had many and varied jobs over the years and is grateful to her husband for his support of her new career. They make their home at Lazy Acres Trailer Community in North Florida.

The Person behind the character Lurlene: Laura Berman Fortgang has been an executive and life coach for twenty years and is known as a pioneer in the field.  She is the author of five best-selling books, a keynote speaker for major corporations, a corporate spokesperson and has been a print, digital and broadcast media favorite for years.

Following the advice she has given many clients about reinventing their careers, Laura has blended her past as a performer with her years as a coach to bring you Life Coach Lurlene.

Playing a character who is a coach has given Laura the freedom to use her natural humor to its greatest extent and to utilize a new device for bringing sound coaching principles to light.
