With over 20 years experience as a social worker with the blind, and a sales manager in one of the largest direct sales companies in the world, Rosemary learned early that a humorous approach to life helps us cope in an imperfect world. She learned that humor brings people together; it helps gain their trust and approval and makes them more receptive to our ideas. It’s a precious resource that can enrich our relationships. She agrees with the philosophy that “people don’t care what you know until they know that you care”.
In 1986, Rosemary founded The Verri Idea! to help people recognize the powerful part humor plays in their life. She encourages them to find the funny side, to appreciate the ridiculous, to view problems differently, to practice safe stress, to make sense of humor. And, she encourages them to laugh for the health of it!
At your breakout session, after dinner presentation, or as the featured keynote at your annual event, Rosemary will share her ideas and the gift of laughter. Participants will leave feeling renewed, rewarded, rejuvenated (and if necessary, revived!).
Throughout the United States and Canada, Rosemary has entertained and educated audiences with her lively, funny and dynamic presentations. You’ll learn how to use humor to bring people together, how to gain trust and approval, how to make people more receptive to your ideas. She has delighted audiences of attorneys, bankers, realtors, doctors, engineers, nurses, therapists, teachers, sales people, support staff, parents and students.
